On a whim...

I have slowly started packing up and separating my stuff up, and was looking through some of my old journals-personal and for classes, sketchbook, and random notebooks. I found quite an accumulation of old memories, moments, thoughts, and comments and they just made me happy. So I thought I'd share some highlight moments of my life-the little tidbits I had mostly forgot til I rediscovered them, buried in my bookshelves. After all, its the little things that really count.

Our culture is growing and thriving as we drown in our own lack of identity.

I stood watching as the ship sailed out to sea. The settig sun tinted the sails with a golden light, and as it disappeared from sight, a voice at my side whispered, "He is gone." But the sea was a narrow one.
On the farther shore, a band of family and griends had gathered to watch and wait in happy expectation.
Suddenly, they caught sight of the sail, and at the very moment when my companion whispered, "He is gone." A glad shout went up in joyous welcome, "Here he comes!"
